Personally conducting meticulous weekly home inspection checks, I ensure expert repairs and upkeep to keep your property in top condition at all times.

Premium Chalet Care

$225 / Month

Weekly checks offer thorough care with attention to detail, ensuring your property's longevity, safety, and compliance with insurance requirements. These checks include ensuring all windows and doors are locked, inspecting for any signs of damage or wear, verifying all appliances and lights are turned off, and checking for leaks, drips, mold, or frozen pipes. We also conduct water pressure checks, and test the thermostat, cooling system, and alarms. Regular inspections not only help maintain your home but can also reduce insurance liability and potentially lower your premiums. Maintenance and repairs are implemented as necessary, but only with the owner's approval. Feel at ease while you are away from home!

Vacation Chalet Care

Take your vacation and feel at ease knowing your home will be looked after and kept safe. I manage everything from upkeep and timely repairs for any unforeseen issues. Restoring functionality and aesthetics with proficiency and dedication. Full organization to room(s) of your choice, with a meticulous clean.

$65 / Hour

General maintenance and small home projects available upon request. Projects will be accepted based on discretion and availability, with an approved budget.
